How it Works

Navigate to Schedule a Telenutrition  or in-office appointment, answer a few questions, provide your insurance information (if applicable) and pick a time that works for your schedule.

We’ll send you a confirmation email with all of your appointment information, including details about the video chat software. It’s recommended to test the software before your scheduled appointment to ensure your connection and device will function properly.

Five minutes before your appointment, click on the unique video Meeting link You will be redirected to the secure video chat and your registered dietitian or healthcare provider will join you shortly.

What to Expect

YourFide registered dietitian will take your dietary restrictions, allergies, food intolerances, varying medical conditions, relationship with food, culture, ability and desire to cook, and more into consideration to teach you how to nourish your body on your terms. This two-way video meetup gives you the flexibility to work with a registered dietitian from the comfort of your home, or anywhere else you have internet connection.

How do I schedule a Telenutrition appointment?
Does a patient have to be referred by a healthcare provider to schedule an appointment?

You do not have to be referred by a healthcare provider to schedule an appointment. Some insurances may require a physician referral for coverage. Contact your insurance carrier for more information about your plan.

How long does each appointment last?

First appointments can be 50 minutes, 1.5 hours, or  2 hours depending on your needs.  while follow-up appointments last about 30 minutes to 1.5 hour. Appointment can be customized depending on the  service  requested, payment type and insurance.

Are Telenutrition appointments covered by insurance?

Yes, YourFide is now in-network with all  major health insurance plans-including Medicare.
